Overview

Stem Player & Slow Downer ("the app") is published by obbliworks for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The app does not collect or transmit any personal information.

Information we collect

None. The app has no account system and collects no personal data — no names, email addresses, or location data. There is no analytics and no advertising.

Your music

Imported songs (stems) and playback settings are stored only on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers — we do not operate any.

On iPhone and iPad, deleting the app deletes the data with it.

On Mac, the app saves project files (.stem) and the slow versions it renders in the song's own folder (for music files opened directly, the original files are left untouched and the settings and slow versions are kept in the app's own storage on your Mac). Files saved in the song's folder stay there when you delete the app; you can remove them in the Finder if you no longer need them.

Local network

The Wi-Fi transfer feature on iPhone and iPad works as a direct device-to-device connection within your own network. The app may ask for iOS "Local Network" permission for this purpose; the transfer never leaves your network and no internet server is involved.

The Mac version makes no network connections (links such as the support page simply open in your browser).

Third-party services

The app contains no third-party SDKs — no ads, no analytics.

Children's privacy

Since the app collects no personal information, no personal information is collected from children either.

Any changes to this policy will be announced on this page, and notable changes will also be mentioned in the app's update notes.
